Livefyre Among Top Vendors in Forrester Wave

Forrester Research, the respected independent research firm, featured Livefyre in The Forrester Wave™: Social Depth Platforms Q3 2013. This new research report evaluates nine industry-leading vendors in the category of social depth, which is defined as “technologies that add social content and experiences to marketing sites.”

The exclusive group of vendors featured in this report were selected based on stringent qualification criteria that includes strong market presence, marketing system integration capabilities, and a significant number of large deployments with big brand customers with over $1B in annual revenue. As the only real-time platform that was invited to participate in the 2013 Social Depth Wave, Livefyre is honored to be recognized as the top contender by Forrester.

The report’s findings describe Livefyre as “a promising new entrant with a unique community vision.” And goes on to say, “With its first enterprise clients on board in 2011, Livefyre is a young company with ambitious goals. The vendor is rapidly evolving its real-time content curation (initially deployed with big media brands) into a community platform that facilitates the process of transforming brand sites into social hubs. Livefyre’s key differentiator and greatest strength is the platform’s real-time capabilities. The platform also offers intuitive administration features and strong content authentication options. During platform demos, we found that Livefyre’s rich media and website capabilities were superior, compared with other vendors.”

Other Livefyre highlights from the report include:

  • Growth: Livefyre received the highest possible score for customer acquisition, having grown its customer base by 332% from 2011 to 2012.

  • Customer Satisfaction:  Livefyre received the highest score possible for customer satisfaction, which was determined by how satisfied the vendor’s reference customers are.

  • Ease of Use:  Livefyre also received the highest score possible for its ease of use, with Forrester citing “Clients are very satisfied with the usability of Livefyre’s platform and Forrester found the administration console, content curation features and moderation management to be very ‘marketer-friendly’.”
